The age of the participant is calculated as per their age on the date of the event.

POWERMAN Classic and Short categories MUST check-in their bicycles on Saturday 21st June between 10.00-18.00. Overnight security is in place to guard the bikes within the transition zone.

POWERKIDS categories check-in their bikes on Saturday 21st between 06.00-07.00.

You may nominate someone to collect your race pack and/or check-in your bike for you. More information will be given closer to the event date for this process.

The cut-off times are 5.5 hours for POWERMAN Classic and 4.5 hours for POWERMAN Short.

Running shoes, bicycles and helmets are not provided by the organiser and is the responsibility of the participant.

POWERMAN participants may use a triathlon bike, time trial bike, road bike or mountain bike. Fixed gear bikes, fat bikes, electric bikes and folding bikes are NOT allowed.

POWERKIDS categories may use any non-electric bike types.

Mechanical assistance during the race is not permitted. Participants are advised to be prepared to perform basic mechanical services on their own such as puncture repair.

There will be support vehicles to pick up participants who wish to retire from the race.

If support vehicles are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, participants must be prepared to wait for the vehicle’s arrival.

No, race drafting is NOT ALLOWED. Please refer to the Race Rules for further explanation of the drafting rules.

For the safety of all participants, headphones may not be worn. And video recording is not allowed during the race.

Bib transfers can be made via the registration system at a fee of RM100. The transfer process is subject to availability.

1. Go to the Race Roster event registration page.

2. Sign-in to your Race Roster account.

3. On the right-hand side or left-hand, click the Transfer button.

You will be taken to a new page where you need to select Transfer to a new participant.

To transfer to a new participant, you will be prompted to enter the email of the new participant. Once you initiate this transfer, the new participant will receive an email with a link to complete the transfer.

4. When completing the new transfer, the user will be prompted to re-complete their registration form under the new sub-event/participant’s name. When completing the new transfer, the user must re-select any products that they selected or paid for during their original registration. Product purchases will not automatically carryover to the new registration during a transfer, and must be re-selected if they were initially paid for in the original registration.

5. After completing payment for the new transfer, the original registration will be made inactive on the event, and the newly completed transfer will take its place.
